Managing Director

Mr. Kimboka is the Founder and Managing Director of Rhodium Personnel Management. Having worked in personnel management industry for many years, Mr. Kimboka has partnered with clients across a broad array of industry sectors and contributed to their growth on both a permanent and contract basis.
Today, Mr. Kimboka takes a hands-on role within the business, working closely with the talented team to ensure Rhodium Personnel Management continues to deliver results for their clients some of which he is proud to say have been with him since the start.

Kisusi Rashid Chacha

Director of Business Operations

Mr. Kisusi brings with him over 8 years of experience in legal field basing mostly on labour law and labour litigation. His experience has proved crucial in practical implications of various labour procedures in day to day application of labour laws and procedures in courts of law. He also works closely with all clients, helping them articulate their vision, then ensures flawless execution of each project.

Joan John Lyimo

Director of Marketing

Ms. Joan has over 10 years’ experience in outdoor advertising, marketing, promotions, sales, human resource, motoring, evaluation and learning in diverse industries such as retail, education, media and entertainment having worked with UMATI, DevLearning and Sahara Media Group Limited.
